Recycling Program Details 

Our supplier's filter bag recycling program includes many differences not found in a normal wash program.

I. Cleaned bag is individually inspected for holes, seam wear, condition, and measured for proper size.

III. Cleaned bags are randomly checked in each order for permeability (air flow) and a report maintained with each order. Bags found not within the guidelines of new material will trigger additional bag testing and sorting.

III. Bags found to be unserviceable by new material guidelines will be rejected. Our client is notified as to the number of rejected bags and given the following options.
A. Return to service 

B. Reject and disposed* 

C. Reject and return 

D. Reject, dispose and replace it*
* A minimal disposal charge may be made if the number of bags disposed of is in excess of 10% of the total order. 
 
 
IV. Repair: Filter bags found to be in need of excessive repair will be rejected as unserviceable based on replacement cost of new bag. Bags with minor repairs will be repaired at an hourly rate charged in 15 minute increments, contact us for current rates.

V. Boxing: Completed bags will be boxed in our double wall cartons with complete information on the end of each carton.

A. Company name and address

B. Bag size, quantity and baghouse manufacture.

C. Baghouse # or process if known

D. Purchase order number

E. Marked "CLEAN" or " NEW" and "DATED" in large red letters.
 
 

Reusable crates are available upon request - also, our boxes are perfect for re-use to return dirty bags.

Designs are made on bags for future reference. 
Snap band replacements, shortening, lengthening or modifications are available.
